What is included in my fare?

Your private car and chauffeur, tolls, parking, chilled still water, Wi-Fi and USB-C charging. Airport pickups include flight tracking and 60 minutes of free waiting; hotel pickups include 30 minutes.

What if my flight is delayed?

Add your flight number when you book so we can track your arrival. Verified flight delays are not charged.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancel at least 6 hours before pickup for a refund minus the 3% processing fee. Cancellations less than 6 hours before pickup and no-shows are non-refundable.

Are there any extra charges?

The fare covers your booked itinerary. Inside Bangkok, extra stops or detours beyond the one short stop included, and waiting beyond the free allowance, are charged at the hourly rate; outside Bangkok, a longer wait or more stops are quoted separately before you travel. Full payment is taken at booking by card or PromptPay in Thai baht.
