How to meet your chauffeur at Suvarnabhumi

From customs exit to your Zeekr 009 — a step-by-step photo walkthrough. Two meeting-point options depending on terminal traffic; your booking confirmation names the exact spot.

01After you land

Follow Arrivals signs through immigration and baggage claim. After customs you exit on Level 2 — the public Arrival Hall. The floor signage points to taxis, transit, and the pickup gates.

02Two meeting-point options

Your chauffeur picks the right meeting point based on terminal crowd at your arrival time. Both shown below — your booking confirmation names the exact one.

OPTION A

Level 2 Arrival · Gate 3-9

WHENMost weekdays · quiet periods (default)WHYClosest to your customs exit — no extra walk
STEP 01

Walk to later gates (7-9)

Walk past the busier middle gates toward Gate 7, 8 or 9. Rear gates have less car traffic — easier for both you and the chauffeur to spot each other.

STEP 02

Cross the marked crosswalk

Cross at the zebra crossing in front of the gate to reach the inner pickup curb where vehicles wait.

STEP 03

At the pickup point

Your chauffeur waits with an A4 sign reading your name and SabaiRide. Bags loaded in 30 seconds, you're on the way.

OPTION B

Level 4 Departure

WHENBusy periods — Friday evening, Sunday afternoon, holidaysWHYLarger pickup area, less car traffic, faster vehicle access
STEP 01

Go up to Level 4

Take the elevator or escalator from Level 2 (Arrivals) up to Level 4 (Departures). Floor signs are clear — same elevator banks across the terminal.

STEP 02

Walk to later gates (7-10)

On Level 4, walk to Gate 7, 8, 9 or 10. Rear gates have more space and fewer vehicles — pickup is faster than at the middle gates.

STEP 03

At the pickup point

Same A4 sign, same chauffeur. Vehicle access is faster up here — typically you're seated within 60 seconds.

03When to choose which

  • Quiet arrivals (most weekdays) — Option A (Level 2)
  • Peak day — Friday evening, Sunday afternoon, long weekends, holidays — Option B (Level 4)
  • If you're unsure, your chauffeur sends a text 30 minutes before landing confirming the point. Just walk to the named gate.

04What if something doesn't go to plan

Late-night arrival (23:00-05:00)
Same meeting points work. Your chauffeur arrives based on actual touchdown time tracked from wheels-up — not the scheduled landing.
Bags didn't arrive
Finish your lost-luggage claim first. The wait clock pauses for immigration and baggage delays — first 60 minutes are free.
Phone or SIM not working
Tourist Police desks are on Level 2 near the customs exit. Ask them to call us — number is on your booking confirmation.
Multiple guests on different flights
Each flight tracked separately. The chauffeur waits for the last passenger to clear customs before departing.
