Don Mueang (DMK) arrival pickup — where to meet your chauffeur

Your SabaiRide chauffeur meets you curbside at Don Mueang, with the exact spot named in your booking confirmation. Terminal 1 handles international arrivals (passport control and customs before the curb); Terminal 2 handles domestic arrivals (straight from baggage to the curb). The map below shows both flows — read on for what to look for and what to do if anything is off.

Diagram of Don Mueang Airport — Terminal 1 international with passport control, customs, and meeting point near Exit 5–6; Terminal 2 domestic with meeting point near Exit 11–12.

01At a glance

Don Mueang is small enough to learn in one glance — two terminals, one arrivals level.

  • Terminal 1 is international — expect passport control and customs between the gate and the curb
  • Terminal 2 is domestic — walk straight from baggage claim to the curb
  • Both share the same layout: baggage claim at the back, curbside meeting points at the front near the exits

02Terminal 1 — international arrival flow

International arrivals take a few more steps, but the path is a straight line.

  • Follow signs through immigration to baggage claim after landing
  • Collect your luggage at the assigned belt, then walk through customs — green channel if nothing to declare
  • Walk forward from the customs exit to the curbside
  • Exit 5–6 is where the meeting point sits — your chauffeur waits there with an A4 sign showing your name and SabaiRide

If you have a Thai SIM or roaming data, you can also message dispatch on WhatsApp or LINE — both numbers are in your booking confirmation email.

03Terminal 2 — domestic arrival flow

Domestic arrivals get the short version — no immigration, no customs.

  • Walk straight from your gate to baggage claim and collect your luggage
  • Continue forward to the curb
  • Exit 11–12 is the T2 meeting point — same setup as T1: your chauffeur waits with an A4 sign, your name, and SabaiRide
  • 5 minutes' walk connects T1 and T2 inside the building if you're transferring between them

04What to look for at curbside

You're looking for one person and one sign.

  • Dark uniform — jacket, white shirt, trousers
  • A4 sign with your name and the SabaiRide wordmark
  • ZEEKR 009 Executive Black is the current primary vehicle — a private electric MPV

The car may be parked nearby or circulating depending on curbside traffic; your chauffeur will guide you to it.

05If your flight is delayed or you can't find the chauffeur

Two situations, both already handled.

  • Flight delays do not affect your booking — the chauffeur tracks your flight number and adjusts pickup automatically, so there's no need to message us about a delay
  • Can't find the chauffeur after exiting customs (T1) or baggage claim (T2)? Message dispatch on WhatsApp or LINE
  • 24/7 dispatch staffing — they will guide you to the exact curbside spot
  • Late-night arrivals (after 22:00) and very early ones (before 05:00) use the same meeting point, with dispatch staffed around the clock

06What's included

Every DMK pickup carries the same inclusions — nothing gets added at the curb.

  • Flight tracking on every booking
  • 60 minutes of free waiting after landing — extends automatically if your flight is delayed
  • Bottled water, private Wi-Fi, and USB-C charging in the cabin
  • Tolls and parking included in the fixed fare
  • Fare confirmed before booking — no late-night surcharge
