Every Bangkok luxury-hotel transfer in our published rate is **THB 3,000 flat** for the whole vehicle — not per seat. That covers the ZEEKR 009 Executive Black (2+2 captain-chair cabin, 4 passengers, acoustic glass, 5G Wi-Fi, USB-C, chilled water), the chauffeur, all tolls and expressway fees, parking at the hotel and at the airport, fuel, and the free 60-minute wait window from landing. No surge, no late-night surcharge, no per-bag fee.

Both directions: hotel → airport and airport → hotel. We coordinate with each hotel's bell desk or porte-cochère team where the hotel has a standing protocol — most of the luxury properties do, and we know which contact desk handles inbound transport at each.

Riverside Bangkok luxury hotels combine the cleanest morning departure (less traffic crossing the river before 7 a.m.) with the city's most operational complexity (bridge timing matters).

Book at /book — enter your hotel name and flight number. We confirm vehicle availability instantly via Stripe-locked payment and send a confirmation email with the chauffeur's name, photo, and vehicle plate within 10 minutes during dispatch hours.

The chauffeur tracks your flight (for airport pickups) or your booked time (for airport departures). On arrival days, we coordinate with your hotel's bell desk where the hotel has a standing protocol — the bell team will know SabaiRide and the ZEEKR 009 on sight at most of the riverside and Sathorn luxury properties.

Cancellation: full refund minus 3% Stripe processing fee up to 6 hours before pickup. Verified flight delays never charged.

06Hotels we don't currently serve (and why)

If your hotel isn't in the list above, we can still pick you up from any Bangkok address at the same flat ฿3,000 — just enter the address at /book. The 13 hotels listed have *dedicated landing pages* because we drive them often enough to have memorized the operational details (which gate, which porte-cochère face, which bell-desk extension, which time-of-day matters).

We don't currently have dedicated pages for Shangri-La Bangkok, Grand Hyatt Erawan, or Hilton Sukhumvit — bookings work fine, the dedicated content just doesn't exist yet. Is the ฿3,000 rate the same for every luxury hotel in Bangkok?

Yes — flat THB 3,000 for any Bangkok address to/from Suvarnabhumi (BKK) or Don Mueang (DMK). The price doesn't change based on hotel brand, distance within metropolitan Bangkok, or time of day. The 13 hotels listed in this guide are the ones we've documented operationally; any other Bangkok hotel works at the same rate.

Will the bell desk know to expect SabaiRide?

At most of the riverside and Sathorn luxury hotels (Mandarin Oriental, Peninsula, Four Seasons, Banyan Tree, Waldorf, Sukhothai, St. Regis), the bell team has a standing protocol with us and the ZEEKR 009 is recognized on sight. For the embassy-district hotels (Park Hyatt, Rosewood, Anantara Siam) it depends on the shift — the chauffeur identifies himself at the porte-cochère and the desk routes him in.

Can you coordinate multiple vehicles for a hotel event?

Yes. The St. Regis Astor Ballroom and Waldorf events regularly need multi-car dispatch. Mention the event at booking and we'll coordinate arrival timing to avoid porte-cochère congestion. Each car is still flat ฿3,000.
