Companies with regular Bangkok visitors — exec teams, board members, sales engineers, conference delegates — need predictable transport that doesn't surprise the finance team. Here's how SabaiRide corporate accounts actually work.

01What a corporate account adds beyond standard booking

Three concrete differences: (1) Monthly invoicing — line-itemed VAT invoice issued at month-end aggregating all rides, payable on Net-30 terms. (2) Single point-of-contact billing — one company contact authorises bookings across many travellers, no per-trip credit-card friction. (3) First-call driver assignment — the same vetted chauffeur for repeat passengers (CEOs, Board principals, recurring exec visitors) so they're not re-introducing themselves every trip. The published rates are identical to retail; the difference is operational, not pricing.

02How the booking flow changes

EA / corporate travel-desk uses /book with a corporate-coded login that auto-applies the monthly billing default. The booking form pre-fills the company tax ID, billing address, and a project/cost-centre code field that flows through to the VAT invoice. We can also accept email-only bookings (forward an itinerary, we confirm) for principals whose travel is arranged by an EA who doesn't want to log into a portal.

03Executive protection basics

We are not a close-protection / EP firm. What we do offer that's adjacent: (a) chauffeurs trained in defensive-driving and routes-of-egress for Bangkok hotels with multiple entries, (b) discreet vehicle handling — unmarked, privacy glass, no cabin signage, (c) NDAs available for principals when requested, (d) on request, coordination with a customer-engaged EP team for vehicle handoff and follow-car logistics. For genuine threat-level protection, you bring the EP firm; we drive the principal.

04Dispatch SLAs and on-time guarantee

For corporate accounts: 99.5%+ on-time pickup at scheduled time. The single failure mode is force majeure (genuine flight delay reroute, citywide protest closures, traffic incident that no route avoids). 24/7 dispatch with a named operator on-call for after-hours bookings. Cancellation by the operator never happens — once a booking is confirmed and a vehicle locked, the trip happens. Replacement vehicle dispatch within 30 minutes if the assigned vehicle has an unforeseen issue.

05Conference and large-event support

For conferences with multiple incoming delegates over several days, we set up a dedicated dispatch line: a single email/LINE thread that the conference logistics team sends arrival/departure manifests to, we acknowledge and assign drivers, and we report back daily with completion + per-traveller line-items. For 4+ vehicle simultaneous-dispatch needs we work with vetted partner fleets (still on ZEEKR 009 spec where possible). Lead time for groups of 4+ vehicles: 5+ business days. Lead time for individual exec bookings: same-day works fine.

How does pricing work — same as retail rates?
Yes — all published rates apply (THB 2,500 airport, THB 5,000 Pattaya, THB 1,200/hour, etc.). Corporate accounts get the operational benefits (invoicing, PoC billing, first-call drivers) without paying a premium. Volume discounts available for accounts averaging 50+ bookings/month — pricing discussed individually.
Is VAT invoicing automatic?
Yes — all corporate-account bookings get a 7%-VAT-included invoice issued automatically at month-end. The invoice line-items each ride with date, route, traveller, and any per-trip cost-centre code captured at booking. Prefer per-ride invoicing instead of monthly aggregate? We can do that — flag the preference at account setup.
Can we set up an account today?
Email bookings@sabairides.com with company name, tax ID, billing address, and a primary contact. Account active within 24 hours. We don't require a minimum monthly volume to set up.
