• Any route changes or extended itineraries that take the trip beyond its booked hourly minimum

Accounts receive consolidated monthly invoicing on net-30 terms, a named dispatcher, and priority confirmation during peak windows. We do not offer volume discounts — the flat published rate is the account rate — but we do offer coverage and reliability that a marketplace cannot.
