01What SabaiRide is

SabaiRide is a transfer service, not a travel agency. We take you from one address to another — Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang to your hotel, your hotel back to the airport, Bangkok to Pattaya, Hua Hin, Ayutthaya or Khao Yai — in a private electric MPV with a uniformed, English-speaking chauffeur. The fare is fixed and confirmed before the ride, and the chauffeur, tolls, expressway fees, parking, chilled still water, private Wi-Fi and USB-C charging are already inside it. There is no meter and no surge pricing, and a landing at two in the morning costs the same as one in the afternoon.

One car means one standard: the same inclusions and the same waiting policy on every booking, whether it is a short airport run or the chauffeured day around the Ayutthaya temples. The full price table is on the rates page, and the step-by-step from booking to live tracking is in how it works.

02The car: one ZEEKR 009

Our vehicle is a ZEEKR 009 Executive Black, a private electric MPV. The cabin is laid out as 2+2 captain chairs — two in the middle row, two at the back — so four passengers each get a seat of their own and nobody is wedged into a middle position. A fifth seat sits next to the chauffeur for a party of five. The rear and side windows carry privacy glass, the electric drive keeps the ride quiet, every seat has USB-C charging, and there are individual reading lights and private Wi-Fi. Chilled still water is in the car on every ride.

Luggage follows the seating. With five passengers, up to two large 28-inch suitcases fit; with three passengers using the front and captain seats, the rear row holds up to four large suitcases. Cabin bags and hand carry fit alongside in either layout, and the trunk takes a full-size double stroller.

SabaiRide runs one car, and every booking is one vehicle. In rare overflow cases we may dispatch an equivalent premium MPV at the same service level; it replaces the ZEEKR 009 for that booking, nothing more. The full cabin description is on the ZEEKR 009 page.

03How a transfer works

You book online: choose the route, and the fare is fixed before you pay. For an airport pickup you add your flight number, which is what lets us follow the flight. Payment is made in full at booking, and a confirmation email follows. It links to a tracking page that shows your chauffeur's name, photo and vehicle plate before pickup, so you know who you are looking for.

Waiting time comes in three tiers, and they are not interchangeable. At the airport, 60 minutes of waiting are included, and because we track the flight, a delayed landing costs nothing extra: the chauffeur waits. At a hotel pickup, up to 30 minutes of waiting at the origin are included — enough to drop bags or finish a quick errand before departure. On the road, one short stop of under 15 minutes is part of every point-to-point transfer; for several stops or longer waits, the hourly chauffeur service is the right product. If anything changes on the day, dispatch is reachable 24/7 on WhatsApp or LINE.

Outside Bangkok, the one exception to the transfer-only model is the chauffeured day. On the Bangkok to Ayutthaya same-day return, the car shuttles you between the temple sites and brings you back to Bangkok the same evening for THB 12,000. The chauffeur drives and waits; it is not a guide service, and we sell no tickets and book no boats. You explore each site at your own pace. A few other chauffeured days — the floating markets, the Pattaya coast, a same-day River Kwai run — can be arranged, but they carry no published price: ask for a quote on WhatsApp or LINE.

04Where we drive

Our home ground is Bangkok and the intercity routes around it. Airport transfers to or from Suvarnabhumi (BKK) and Don Mueang (DMK) are a flat THB 3,000 anywhere in Greater Bangkok, day or night. From Bangkok we run one-way transfers to Pattaya (THB 7,000), Hua Hin (THB 10,000) and Ayutthaya (THB 7,000), and also to Kanchanaburi town, the Sai Yok district resorts, Khao Yai and — ferry crossing included — hotels on Koh Chang. Pattaya and Hua Hin are also sold as same-day returns: we drive you out, you spend your time there, and the car brings you back to Bangkok the same day. Inside Bangkok, the hourly chauffeur service starts at THB 1,500 per hour with a three-hour minimum, and the half-day and full-day products are Bangkok-city products only; they are not a way to buy an intercity day.

The model is one flat fare per route, confirmed before the ride, with tolls and parking already inside it. Bangkok supplies enough surprises on its own; the fare should not be one of them. 05Chauffeurs and languages

Our chauffeurs are uniformed and English-speaking. In practice that means pickup logistics, route confirmations and travel basics are handled in English at the curb and in the car: where to meet, which entrance, whether there is time for a short stop on the way. For anything more involved — a change of plan, a special request, a question about the route — our dispatch is available 24/7 by WhatsApp or LINE, in writing, so nothing gets lost in a noisy arrivals hall.

06Booking, payment, cancellation and your receipt

Booking is online: the route, your pickup and drop-off, and your flight number for an airport pickup. Welcome drinks are chosen when you book. Chilled still water is always in the car, and you can add up to six complimentary welcome drinks per booking — sparkling water, soft drinks, orange juice, green tea or coconut water — and change the choice from your booking link until 3 hours before pickup.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe's hosted checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PromptPay for Thai customers. All fares are charged in Thai Baht, in full, at the time of booking. Your booking confirmation email doubles as your payment receipt; keep it, because it also carries your tracking link.

The cancellation rule is short. Cancel 6 hours or more before pickup and the fare is refunded in full, less a 3% payment-processing fee. Cancellations inside 6 hours of pickup, and no-shows, are non-refundable. A flight delay is not a cancellation: we see it through the flight number, the chauffeur waits, and nothing extra is charged. Is SabaiRide a travel agency or a sightseeing company?

No. SabaiRide is a private transfer service: we drive you from one address to another at a fixed fare and drop you at your hotel or accommodation. The one chauffeured day we sell at a published price is the Bangkok to Ayutthaya same-day return, where the car shuttles you between the temples and you explore each site at your own pace. It is not a guide service, and we sell no tickets and book no boats on that day.

How many passengers and suitcases fit in the car?

The cabin seats up to five — one seat next to the chauffeur, two captain seats in the middle row and two rear seats. We sell it as a four-passenger cabin in the 2+2 captain layout, with the fifth seat there when a party of five needs it. With five passengers, up to two large 28-inch suitcases fit; with three passengers using the front and captain seats, the rear row holds up to four. Cabin bags fit alongside either way, and a full-size double stroller goes in the trunk.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Nothing on your side. We track the flight by its number, the chauffeur waits, and no extra charge is made for a verified delay. Every airport pickup includes 60 minutes of waiting, and a late-night or pre-dawn arrival costs the same as a daytime one.

What is included in the fare?

The chauffeur, tolls, expressway fees, parking, chilled still water, private Wi-Fi and USB-C charging at every seat. An airport pickup adds flight tracking and 60 minutes of waiting; a hotel pickup includes up to 30 minutes of waiting at the origin; and every point-to-point transfer includes one short stop of under 15 minutes.
