Where exactly does the chauffeur wait — the hotel or the MBK mall?

At the hotel's own entrance and driveway at the MBK Center complex, never at one of the MBK mall entrances on the streets around the block. The hotel and the mall share the same complex but keep separate entrances, and the mall doors are where guests most often end up by mistake with their luggage. How long is the drive to the airport from Pathumwan Princess Hotel?
